You know I've reached that limit of not knowing what to blog about anymore when my newest blog post is about persimmons. Yes, the fruit.
College has been weird, and I can say that spring semester is not too shabby but I think I'm ready to graduate very soon. I do love this new school, but all I can say is that school can get tiring after you wake up from having your face shoved in a textbook from studying. I haven't done that this semester, but I don't plan on pulling anymore all nighters (at least not this semester...). Remember when I did, and I lasted the entire day? I'm not sure how I did it either. I guess coffee was my saviour.
Anyways, persimmons. That sweet and crisp orange fruit that is indeed a fruit of Chinese origin. You probably didn't need to know all of that, but it's delicious and my favorite. The parents and my big sis drove to DC to visit me on Sunday to cook hot pot, delicious Asian dishes, and anything that made my belly satisfied. Gotta love family!
